With Twitter’s amazing popularity and WordPress’ dominance in the blogging community is no wonder that the wordpress community have put together some great plugins for integrating WordPress and Twitter.
Below is my list of useful plugins.
Twitter Tools – This plugin integrates your Twitter profile with your WordPress blog. You can take your tweets and post them as individual posts.
Kish-Twitter – This plugin lets you display your tweets and your readers’ tweets. You can also use it to display “Related Tweets” which will find tweets related to your post topic.
Twitter Tag – If you include someone’s Twitter username in the @user format a tweet will be sent ot them to tell them they have been mentioned in a blog post.
Twitter User – A great plugin for multi-blogger sites, this plugin adds a field for the user’s Twitter username to the profile page. Then it automatically adds a button to the end of each user’s posts (or where you specify) linking to their Twitter page.
WP to Twitter – Automatically posts a new tweet using cli.gs short URLs’ each time you post on your blog. There are quite a few plugins that do this for you, but WP to Twitter seems to be a popular choice.
Thread Twitter- Fetches your tweets and @replies and displays them in a cool threaded format.
Top Twitter Links – Tell your readers whats new with this plugin that displays popular links from Twitturls in a widget.

Great plugins they are.My favourite one is “WP to Twitter”..very useful..
